Terms and Conditions for Lightning Speed Dating Singles Face-to-Face Events

Introduction

Welcome to Lightning Speed Dating Singles Get2gether/face2face events (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our dating singles face-to-face events (“Events”). By registering for and attending our Events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not attend our Events.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to participate in our Events. 

1.2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. 

1.3. Personal Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly at all Events, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Registration

2.1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. 

2.2. Non-Transferable Registration: Your registration is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person. 

2.3. Confirmation: Event participation is subject to availability, and you will receive confirmation of your registration upon successful booking.

3. Event Participation

3.1. Punctuality: You agree to arrive on time for the Event. Late arrivals may be denied entry. 

3.2. Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to other participants and Event staff. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 

3.3. Dress Code: You are expected to adhere to any specified dress code for the Event. 

3.4. Age restriction based on theme: Depending on age theme and restriction, we trust you will abide by the age requirement listed on event description. 

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact respectfully with all participants, regardless of their background, beliefs, or appearance. 

4.2. Confidentiality: You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose personal information without their consent. 

4.3. Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to:

• Engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination.

• Use inappropriate, offensive, or abusive language.

• Engage in physical contact without consent.

• Distribute any unsolicited promotional materials or solicit business.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. Payment: All Event fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. 

5.2. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any cancellations/no shows. Voucher credit can be issued to attendee if notified 72 hours prior to event 

5.3. Cancellation by Organizer: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Events. In such cases, you will be offered a credit voucher for any future events.

6. Safety and Liability

6.1. Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that attending Events involves inherent risks and agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. 

6.2. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Event staff to seek necessary medical assistance on your behalf. 

6.3. Liability Waiver: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless [Event Organizer Name], its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your participation in the Event.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. Consent to Photography: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes. 

7.2. Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Event staff upon arrival.

8. Privacy

8.1. Data Collection: We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

8.2. Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Negotiation: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations.

9.2. Mediation and Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association].

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by email. Your continued participation in the Events after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation in the Events. 

11.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

11.3. Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
